The temple hosts about 17 Thai food vendors and a percentage of the proceeds helps fund the temple’s operations. Jenn Harris explores the market with Jitlada’s chef/owner “Jazz” Singsanong. They visit stands selling pad Thai, crab fried rice, fried bananas, duck noodle soup and Thai gelato.
