garlic powder
onion powder
ground black pepper
smoked paprika
montreal chicken seasoning or poultry seasoning
italian seasoning
crushed red pepper
season all aka all-purpose seasoning
chicken bouillon

2 cups of water
1 pack turkey gravy mix
1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tbsp -1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour (If u want a thicker gravy add 2 tbsp of flour)

Bake @ 400F for about 1 – 1 1/2hrs covered depending on the size. And 10-15minutes uncovered after u add the gravy.

  2. Following your recipe, I wish that there was a way in which I could upload a pic so that you could SEE what they looked like. I wish that you could SMELL like. I even wish that you could HEAR the finger licking & the lips smacking. The sounds were deafening! For now, all I can tell you a 12 year old boy came up to me & said, "Exquisitely Seasoned Mr. Kip."

    Why is that important? Because he immediately went up to his father afterwards and said, "Dad, can you Hire Mr. Kip to cater my Bar Mitzvah?" To which his father did exactly that. His mother, who is Mexican complimented me as well.

    I saw a Korean peaking into my box that had all if my seasonings. And when I asked her what she was looking for she said, "I just wanted to see what was in your cabinet so that I could buy those same things. Maybe if I, at least, knew what you used then maybe I could duplicate it on my own."

    I could go on & on about the compliments that I received (because they were many), but my hands are tired if typing. So let me just say this, "Two Thumbs Up! You wrecked this one."
