spacious floor-plans with exceptional luxury features you simply will not find anywhere else????
Maybe they should spend more on the Apartments than the outside. luxury features?? REALLY??
A POOL that maybe 10 people at a time can use??
Chain link fenced area they call a dog park??
or maybe a garden hose car care area.. People are delusional.
I have lived at places that are light years better and at half the price.
700.00+ for a 2 Room apartment at 12 months, add 100.00 for 6 months and add 300.00 for month to month(1000.00+) just insane,
no central air just 1 hotel style unit(for both rooms) Has a hole in the wall to cool/heat bedroom that doesn't do the job.
the electric bill in the summer and winter are stupid high trying to heat or cool.
Walls and floors are not acoustically insulated obviously, I can hear next door tenants having sex and the lady downstairs talking to her dog.
I have yet to find why they think that their rates are fair. or why they think raising the rent every year is fair.
One thing that really get me is they add 10.00 for parking fee( So they charge you to park in front of your apartment that you ALREADY over pay for??)
In all my years I have NEVER seen Greed like this. Just Amazing.
I'm not even going to talk about the trains and the CO-OP noise!!!
